4.2 Bonus Usage Conditions

A bonus cannot be withdrawn as cash under any circumstances. If you attempt to withdraw a bonus without meeting the wagering requirement, that bonus will be cancelled. A new bonus cannot be claimed while another bonus is active.

4.3 Preventing Abuse

If abuse of the bonus system is detected — such as claiming the same bonus across multiple accounts or deliberately avoiding wagering requirements — 999bet reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any associated winnings, and to close the account.

5.Betting and Gaming Rules

Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed. If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error or unusual circumstances, 999bet reserves the right to cancel that bet and return the stake. Claims for compensation based on incorrect information will not be accepted.

5.2 Determining Match Results

Recognised international sources are used to determine results in sports betting. If a match is postponed or abandoned, bets will be settled according to 999bet's specific rules. In the event of a dispute, 999bet's decision is final.

5.3 Fraudulent Activity

Any form of fraud, collusion, use of bots or software-assisted betting is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be suspended and all balances forfeited. 999bet may notify the relevant authorities if necessary.

6.VIP and Cashback Program

999bet has five VIP levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. You can move up to higher levels through regular play, and each level comes with weekly cashback benefits.

6.2 Weekly Cashback

Cashback is calculated on the total net loss for the week — that is, total losses minus total winnings. The maximum cashback rates are: Bronze 0.2%, Silver 0.5%, Gold 0.7%, Platinum 1.0% and Diamond 1.2%. For example, if a Gold member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140 in cashback.

6.3 Changes to VIP Benefits

999bet reserves the right to change the terms, cashback rates or benefits of the VIP program at any time. Changes will take effect from the moment they are published on the website.
